The master shall perform the following duties before sailing:

(5) Check the current round and tugboat navigation AIDS, operating machinery, equipment, towing equipment, anchoring equipment, fire and lifesaving equipment, such as found problems, should take measures to exclude, it is strictly prohibited to sail with disease.
Check the cargo loading, the cargo loading should meet the safety requirements, do not meet the requirements, should inform the relevant personnel timely rectification.
⑹, inform the cabin of the host, auxiliary aircraft, shafting, piping electrical equipment, such as a comprehensive inspection, ready to sail.
(4) Before sailing, hold a voyage meeting, earnestly implement safety measures, clear division of labor, responsibility to people.
